Hatha Yoga, Kundalini inspired breath work, and physical exploration

of the space, actors not only develop deeper pure flexibility, strength,

and personal health, but by plugging the body training into

character work and scene work,

1) yoga technique, 2) body conditioning, and 3) creative physicality,

In this 3 hour,12 week class starting Tuesday

We will dive deeply into the mechanics of

the body, the actor’s instrument.

Obi Ndefo is an actor, director, writer, and teacher of

physical theater arts.  Trained at the Yale School of Drama, having

worked with various diverse theater companies from the Yale Rep,

the Williamstown Theater Festival Act One Company, to the

Cornerstone Theater Company, the Santa Monica Playhouse,

collaborating with the education departments at Center Theater Group,

the LA County High School for the Arts, cultural outreach through

theater in London, Montreal, and Tokyo, and on into film and television

work in Los Angeles.
