Through theater and improv games and scene work, students’ imaginations and creativity can blossom to their full potential. Students in our acting classes learn to create characters and trust their instincts. They build confidence while making new friends and developing independent thinking along the way.

On-Camera Audition — Acting Classes for Kids

Ages: 6-8 years / 9-13 years / 13-16 years

This course is designed for students who are new to being on camera or those who want to further develop their audition skills and confidence. This is a fun class where students get to work with the latest sides from film, sitcom, episodic shows, and commercials. Our class sizes are kept small to ensure each blossoming actor receives individualized attention in our personalized acting classes for kids and teens.

Musical Theater — Acting Classes for Kids

Ages: 6-8 years / 9-12 years / 13-16 years

The musical theater class at Michelle Danner Acting Studio focuses on acting, singing, and dancing. It also includes in-depth musical theater training, song preparation and vocal performance, dance combinations, and scene work.

Filmmaking— Acting Classes For Kids

Ages: 6-8 years / 9-12 years / 13-16 years

Students will write and star in their very own original short film. We will guide them as they transpose their thoughts and ideas onto the page and then bring them alive on screen.

This is a one-of-a-kind experience, and we’re always thrilled to see the ideas our students come up with and to help make it a reality on screen!

Fairy Tales & Superheroes — Acting Classes for Kids

Ages: 5-7 years

In this class, children will choose their favorite characters from well-known literary and pop-culture titles such as Cinderella, Batman, and Spiderman. We’ll utilize drama games, music, and dance, as we work together to create our very own fairytale or superhero mini play!
